- When am I charged?
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. Annual prepay is available on every paid tier with a 15% discount.
- What counts as a session? What if I exceed the cap?
- A session is a game start — when a player presses Play. Game views (the iframe loading on a page) are unlimited and never count against your cap. Go over your cap and each extra start is billed at the plan's overage rate ($0.015 on Starter, $0.012 on Growth) as a line item on your next invoice — no surprise plan upgrade. If you're consistently above 80%, we'll reach out about the next tier so the bill stays predictable.
- Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades take effect on the next cycle so you don't lose access you've already paid for.
- Do you offer annual contracts?
- Yes — every paid plan can be billed annually with a 15% discount. Enterprise contracts are always annual and include custom terms.
- Is there a free trial?
- Every new workspace gets a 30-day Starter trial — full features, no credit card. Upgrade any time before it ends to keep your embeds live.
- What happens after the trial?
- If you don't pick a paid plan by the end of the trial, the account pauses and embeds stop rendering until you upgrade. Everything you built stays in your workspace — flip to Starter or Growth any time to resume.
